How it Works
Free Initial Phone Consultation - Client sends pictures of the space. We discuss high level goals for project. We set up & schedule an Initial On-Site Planning Session.
Initial On-Site Planning Session - This takes place in the space the client would like organized. Questions are asked to determine needs for the space. We make specific goals and create an action plan for changes in the space, as well as determining the scope of the project and the quantity of sessions that may be needed to complete the project.
Organizing Begins - We agree on an specific amount of organizing sessions. Organizing sessions are scheduled upon receipt of 50% of expected cost for sessions. We're off!
Enjoy the final product- You enjoy the life changing benefits of a space thats set up to meet your needs based on functionality, beauty and minimalistic tidiness!
Pricing
Zen Professional Organizing books and receives payments in packages, called sessions. We offer a three-and-a-half hour session and a four-and-a half-hour session. Most sessions take place in the morning, and most days only one session will take place. However, there is limited availability for projects to be booked with two sessions in one day.
Initial On-Site Planning Session (1-2 hours) - $100
Zen Session (3.5 Hour Session) - $300
Zen Plus Session (4.5 Hour Session) - $390
*A discount is given for the booking of 6 or more sessions.
Organizing Philosophy
Lacey believes that you know your space and your needs best, and has a knack for bringing that information out of you in the inital mini-session. She wants to reorganize your space in a way that maximizes its use for you, based on your rhythms, routines, daily uses and unique personality. Simplicity, minimalism and tidiness provide a beauty and an ease of use that is unmatched by other approaches, and are a core part of her organizing philosophy. At the end of the day, Lacey will hear what your needs are for the space, and build a functional, organized system that is best for you and your family.
